Magnolia Management is excited to announce the unveiling of our new Self-Service Portal for Owners. The easy-to-use Owner Access Portal allows property owners to go online to view their current account balances and review past payment history, anytime from anywhere.
With the help of Magnolia Management Services to assist Homeowners Associations you will have three payment options. You can pay with a bank draft or credit card when you can pay online using the First Citizens Bank payment website.
Online payments made via bank draft (eCheck) have no transaction fee while credit card payments are subject to transaction fees.
To Pay Online, you will need to know the following information:
Management Company ID: 3149 (Magnolia Management Services ***It will list our old company name, Pelican Management Group.)
Association ID: BRH (Brandon Hollow)
Property ID: Your Account Number
Fill out the following service request if you are in need of repairs or maintenance around your condo. Please provide your address, contact information, and a description of the item in need of maintenance. You may attach any images or files necessary to accompany your request.
Since our management company, Magnolia Management Services, is a property management company with employees often out of the office on site visits, we recommend all homeowners schedule an appointment before visiting Magnolia Management Service's office.
